1) What was your favorite exercise during your weight loss journey?
Most definitely goblet squats. Well, any variation of a squat to grow this 🍑.
2) What pushed you to want to transform your body?
I love being active and I noticed that I wasn't able to perform activities I enjoyed to the fullest.
3) Did you have a trainer or a program that you followed?
No trainer. I honestly learned all my exercises from Instagram videos.
4) What was your diet like?
I started out on a strict Keto diet but now I follow more of a lazy keto/low carb diet.

5) What are the next steps for your fitness journey?
Next steps on my journey are to build more muscle definition and replace some fat with that muscle.
